Not all Chipotle locations are perfect, but this one definitely has its issues. The food is decent, but the service is lacking. After a long day of hard labor with no meals, I was looking forward to a substantial dinner. However, when I walked in, the staff were busy gossiping with each other in Spanish, completely ignoring me. Despite the fact that there was no line, it took several minutes for someone to ask for my order.

This restaurant is no longer worth the money. What has happened to Chipotle? Is it just this West Caldwell location or is it a problem across the entire chain? The last few times we ordered online, the portions were much smaller than expected. The burrito bowls were only half full, and the burritos were short and skinny. Unfortunately, we only noticed this once we got home. Spending half an hour on the website and on the phone was frustrating, and while we did receive a refund, it was only for one item. From now on, Chipotle is no longer part of our takeout options!
The management of this place is a disgrace. I don’t understand how Chipotle doesn’t act to protect their brand. The staff could not care less about customers. The place is always dirty and the garbage accumulates. The staff sometimes is also extremely loud carrying on among themselves disregarding customers. It’s a bit too much. The food is Ok although not always well stocked.
I went two days ago to this Chipotle at night and the food was really very good, I asked the grill man if he could give me some of the fresh chicken that he was cutting and he gave it to the line and it was very good. The food is excellent, the only complaint is that the workers are a bit noisy but after that everything was excellent.

Sergio Perez made our visit to Chipotle a fantastic way to kick off the summer! The food was delicious and the restaurant was spotless. His personal touch and attention to detail really made a difference.
I enjoy everything on the menu at this restaurant; the food is consistently delicious and reasonably priced.
