Just walked out of there They charges me extra because they put the cheese in a big container. Mind you I didn?t get anything else added to my white rice and black beans. No tomatoes etc etc. 24 dollars for two rice bowls with the cheese on the side Girl said well you got extra cheese. I said I got nothing else but the rice and beans. No aides at all!!!!!!! It all depends on who you have at the register!!!!!!! Normally it?s 1998 for a veggie bowl!!! And the white rice was at the bottom. It?s as hard as a rock!!!!!!!! Disgusting
The queso was absolutely disgusting and clumpy, the chips were stale. The kids chicken and cheese quesadilla came with just a tortilla and a side of chicken along with the other sides. I dont understand why we frequently have trouble with this store and giving us plain tortillas instead of made quesadillas as ordered. If it wasnt one of the only restaurants my food allergy child could eat at, we would have stopped eating here a long time ago.
The food here is usually great, but tonight was a different story. The red salsa spilled into my quesadillas, and there was something heavy mixed in. The queso, which is usually amazing, was completely off this time—it was thick and had what looked like mushroom pieces in it. I was really disappointed.
I purchased two $25 gift cards, but when I tried to use one, it had no funds. I've called customer service multiple times and sent several emails, but they keep giving me vague responses. I expected better customer service from a large company like this! I've had it with Chipotle.

I've visited this Chipotle multiple times, and I consistently leave feeling let down. The food never seems fresh; the rice is frequently hard, and the meat is often dry. The portion sizes are quite small, and for $15, I expected much more. I would not recommend this place at all.
I always order my original Burrito Bowl with white rice steak tomato salsa and lettuce and I always love it but today they failed me slightly I still ate it all up cause I be MUNCHIN but I found a bean and a large chunck of onion but it always good
The chips were stale and unappetizing. Qdoba is a better option. Additionally, they also forgot to bring our drinks.
I ordered a burrito with double wrap and extra fillings, but I received a small burrito instead.
