Ordered a barbacoa quesadilla (picture attached). What they gave me did not look like a quesadilla. Part of me was understanding. I thought, Hey, it 's take out! They can 't make everything look like it 's on a television commercial! Another part of me, some would say the Karen in me, is outraged that they tried to pass this lump of meat in a stale tortilla off as a quesadilla. I hope by posting this picture the management sees how awful they 're presenting food and actually does something to correct it, or at least deters others from having the same poor experience I had. Ive been going here for years, and have never experienced this in my life. It seems a lot of the old staff is gone, and the new people are beyond rude and unprofessional. The second person of the assembly line was awful! We thought the first one had anattitude, but the second employee had her beat! She was upset because we requested the lettuce be changed out. I ordered on doordash around an hour before close and after waiting nearly 30 minutes for my food , two store employees(a teenage boy and a young girl) stated they ?didn?t have it?. The store address was read out loud and confirmed by him and yet he still stated there was no order when there was CLEARLY a bag sitting there. They took my food for themselves assuming it was not going to be picked up and lied about it. If you?re that hungry, ORDER/MAKE your own. There was no manager on-site to handle the situation, and the staff made no attempts to address the growing frustration of the crowd. Despite having years of experience with online orders, Chipotle still lacks real-time monitoring to accurately reflect when orders are ready, and they don't have the capability to pause or limit orders during busy times. It’s clear that the kitchen can’t handle the volume of orders, and this situation is unfair to both employees and customers trying to get their meals on time. This location isn?t as good as it used to be. The funny thing is any time I go to a Chipotle in Baltimore the food and cleanliness is better, you?d think it would be the opposite. I just think the overall problem is the management, when you havegood management you have good employees that care, when you have poor management or a person who?s in over their heads it willshow. The fact the food production is a problem along with the sanitation is why I believe that it?s ultimately the one incharge, they know what?s going on and they either don?t care or don?t adequately understand how fix it.
I order a chicken bowl for pick up and they give me shredded beef, how you mix up shredded beef for chicken and you already messed it up and there is no meat, lettuce or cheese. Every time I go to this chipotle there is always a mistake with my order and I?m on my lunch break to get back to the office and my order is incorrect. Can they read at this restaurant. I will never go back to this restaurant and then you can never reach anyone in the phone very poor customer service. If I could give a zero I would. And I also asked for white rice and this sure isn?t white rice pay attention.

I?ve ordered online 3 times to get this skimp of A bowl. Why even pay 14-15 dollars for this half and half. You guys maybe woke and support these woke stuff but I know for sure you don?t support your customers with your product. I used to rave how chipotle is better than qudoba but now I?m switching to your competitor. It?s literally 6 big bites. However, to make matters worse, they started throwing and slamming our food onto the counter! It was ridiculous. Other customers behind us agreed that the salad was old and looked rotten. Something needs to be done about the quality of the food and the level of customer service. It's also extremely disrespectful to speak another language in front of customers when we are asking for something. What a disappointing experience.
