The place was very clean, and there wasn't a line at lunch time. The food tasted about the same as their other places. Another positive is they have great WINDOWS and are on the corner. You can park next to the restaurant and keep an eye on your car. Although the parking near the restaurant is not in the Security Camera Zone, I think it's better to keep an eye on your car or truck. Especially if you have a work truck with a lot of tools and stuff. The cameras in the security zone of the parking lot don't really do anything, I have seen a lot f shady characters begging and checking out cars there. This is the new California and Cypress isn't what it used to be; we all have to deal with this....
So yesterday my daughter and I went to eat at Chipotle my daughter does not eat meat so she ordered a veggie salad we got home and as we started to eat she made this face and pulled out a chicken bone she was obviously disgusted and then she went to go throw up the food.right away I called the store and let them know the manager there was respectful and professional and I know it's not his fault but I think it's very important every company think of all the people that are out there in their beliefs and how they eat, keep utensil for one item, don't mix match, keep meat away from veggie items and create space my daughter mention that she will probably never eat at a Chipotle again. The tables are placed very close to the ordering line, creating an uncomfortable feeling for diners as they seem to be on display while eating, with people standing right next to them while waiting to order. Moreover, the portions for each dish are quite small, leading to a frequent need to request more. During my last two visits, the rice was dry and undercooked.
The tables are close to where everyone stands in line to order so it feels like people are watching you eat cuz they are so close to you when waiting in line. Also they give tiny scooped portions of each item to where you have to keep asking for more.Last 2 times I have been there the rice was really dry and under cooked.

I order to pick up my food at 8:10pm they make me wait for other 40 minutes till I ask for My food the check for my food order. They said is to busy but they don't communicate to the customer anything not only my self. We have more customers complaining.

Slow and order wasn't ready. Workers too busy chatting with each other while several people were waiting. And barely any chicken was in my burrito. Felt like I was just eating a rice burrito and got a small bit of chicken at the end.
AMAZING customer service delicious food. Best part we went in expecting just to get chips. We walked out with this corn concoction of deliciousness. Customer service was superb. You really feel the community vibe here.
