Chipotle is Chipotle. I’m not sure how crowded it is during the week because we ordered our lunch via the app on a Monday, and my parents went to pick it up. It was actually my first time trying their quesadillas and I had the new chicken Al pastor, which wasn’t bad. You only get to pick three toppings. I still prefer Dos Toros because I just feel like it’s better quality overall and plus, they let you pick whatever toppings you want. I did like the quesadilla box it was served in, because there were separate compartments for each of the toppings, so that is nice if you don’t plan on eating it straight away.We paid extra for guacamole for one of the dishes, which they did not include, so jus...
my experience at this chipotle was absolutely terrible. To start they were giving me very little rice, once I asked for more rice they proceed to put tomatoes on my bowl without permission. Once they remade my bowl they give me even less rice and we’re out of corn. This chipotles service is terrible and I’ll definitely make sure to visit other chipotles instead of this one. I really enjoy Chipotle, but this location has awful customer service. They got two out of three items wrong in my order. Since it was a pickup, I didn't notice until I was miles away. The food also had an unpleasant taste, as if it had been cooked in old oil. This was my second and final visit to this location. Food rating: 2/5.
The woman at the register, who seemed to be training the new employee, was quite rude. She spoke harshly to him and criticized his abilities in front of all the customers. I’m surprised they have staff when she treats them that way. However, the food was excellent: 5/5.

Buying chicken bowls should not be a bowl full of rice and half a serving spoon of chicken. This place has skimped on protein in more than one occasion. The only reason this review in not one star is because the food taste good, wish I served better portions.
