The manager here is a joke. She fails to keep enough workers on staff to cover the lunch rush, and then consistently performs poorly during the lunch rush.Food quality is hit or miss. Portion is hit or miss. Online order timing is hit or miss. Cleanliness of the food preparation line is hit or miss. (I suggested an employee wipe up sour cream before continuing orders, she met me with attitude and excuses)Meanwhile the manager is at the grill flipping meat with absolutely no clue as to the overall operation of the restaurant.I just had a chat with the manager and she told me she's hired 100 people in the last 4 months. I understand why the 100 people left.Just check the other recent reviews....
This restaurant is not recommended. The manager and staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. I come here for lunch every Wednesday out of convenience, but the service is consistently slow and disorganized. There are usually at least 8 employees working, yet the wait time is always over 30 minutes. Today, I decided to order online to save time, but my order was still not ready by noon. When I asked for a refund, they were unapologetic and unhelpful. The staff seem disorganized and unclear in their roles. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I rarely give reviews on Yelp, but I came just to give this Chiptotle 5 stars. I eat Chiptotle (not kidding) at least once a week. I've been to all of them in the bay area. This one always remains my go-to. The food isn't over salted like in Castro Valley, it's typically consistent. The best part is they are always playing great music and have the best vibes!!! I love how their employees are friendly and funny. There have been plenty of nights I was in a sour mood and I go in and have myself re-energized with their positivity. Thank you!
Poor service once again! I'm sitting here waiting on my guacamole to be made for 30 min and they already made my food. When i was here last time everyone ignored me while i was waiting to get my preordered food. I'll remember to never come here again. I get home and the guacamole they supposedly made fresh is old smh.

I was here recently the place was a mess, the employees weren't engaging with customers but playing, yelling .. it looked sounded like I walked into a wild party. I'll never go back have already shared this disappointment with others.
the food was fresh and the service was good. Not to know where we eat while we visit oakland, we went with what we know and chipotle not disappointed.
Real friendly staff and very accurate in what they do to getl orders by phone or internet up and ready before you get there
I ordered a veggie bowl to go and when I got home, I noticed that the guacamole was really dark. It didn't seem very fresh.
