everyone who speaks about müll and the place that is “message” has not worked in the restaurant or almost food buisness. imagine being understaffed and it is still to do with the line almost out of the door. it would be difficult for the employees to do everything at once if they don't have the employees to be as consistent as anyone. fully accurate 1.5 stars rated operation. when I came to the facility at 9:30 a.m., the staff had already removed all food dishes and was busy making their own burritos. I asked for a quesadilla, but since they cleaned the machine already for the night, they refused to ask and assumed that I did not want any other food. the burrito they made me is terrible. I understand that within 30 minutes after closing I entered the facility, but let us be realistic and understand that a single chipotle order takes a maximum of 5 minutes at an empty location. (It is also a Saturday night) ps! chipotle, maybe close earlier, so working teenagers can go home!
After work tonight, I visited Chipotle for the first time. When I placed my order, I mentioned to the employee that it was my first visit. When it came time to pay, he kindly told me that my meal was on him. I laughed and offered to pay, but he insisted on refusing my money. Thank you, Nick from Chipotle, for your generous gesture! And thanks to Kaleigh for my delicious bowl! It’s heartwarming to realize that there are still kind people out there, even when you least expect it. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. One employee went out of her way to assist me with getting a high chair for my baby, even while she was on her lunch break. The burritos we ordered were enormous! The cashier also asked if it was alright that the chocolate milk had just been put in the refrigerator, so it was at room temperature. I said that was fine. She also informed me that the fruit cup contained a Clementine, which my son absolutely loves! Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
You have come a long way from two years ago when I first tasted your food. Initially, I never would get the correct food. Then slowly things began to be correct and now today I always get the correct order. I will regard the errors of the past to the crazy days of the Corona Virus. I don't think any business did it 100% without issues. So to Holmdel Chipolte thank you for all that you have been through and how you managed to correct the issues.
Friendly and courteous staff gave us the fast service. We arrived there almost during the closing time at 9.40. Staff patiently took our orders reminds us polite business is closed in 20 minutes. Some of the tables for our 3 families cleaned. Overall, the service of this outlet enjoyed. There are enough free parking for 10-12 cars.

The food was pretty good but a lot of times they would forget to put some ingredients in or sometimes they just add raw peppers into bowl, the rice is also stale sometime but 75% I would recommend. But only if your walking in to get it because they forget a lot of stuff for delivery
