One thing I won’t get is how you can give different portions to your costumers. Me and my friend went in today, we both got a bowl each, this lady took half a scoop of rice and then decided to spread that half of scoop on the whole bowl, then I asked for chicken and brisket, she grabs like 5-7 small pieces of chicken and same thing for the brisket, which me and my friend are like huh?. We move on to the toppings, and tell me why they do decide to give me a whole scoop of sour cream, and a spoon of corn? Terrible experience . Got a steak bowl and because we asked for what is rightfully the right portion they charged 22.00. Time to shop shaking the spoon like it gold so the food comes off in your pan and not in the bowl. Wonder why the lines have subsided since opening years ago? Next wall franchise to go out of business . No customer service . New employees everyday . Never the same amount of product . Sad but the town is getting it !

Any order you place is likely to have missing ingredients, small portions, and sometimes meat and cheese in a vegan dish. It seems like a management issue, but Chipotle has lost its original culture. The workers appear to be unhelpful and indifferent to the quality of their work.

Miserable. All i want to do is talk to a human and see if someone found and item I may have left in the store. This is unbelievable that when you call you cannot get anyone. I'll never ever eat there again. Shame!
