Unsure why we keep giving them a chance. Orders are frequently completely incorrect and burritos are essentially a pile of rice with a scrap of meat, and the guacamole we pay a premium for is not even a teaspoonful. We've been huge fans of Chipotle's flavors for well over a decade, but if they've made the choice to maximize profits by cheating customers out of reasonable portions of protein and add ons that are paid for, then, sad to say, looks like we're done with Chipotle.
Ordered a barbacoa burrito bowl thru uber eats on friday for my boyfriend, who woke up the next day horribly sick, most likely with food poisoning, and threw up for hours then slept the rest of the time because his head hurt so bad. He barely moved the entire next day and his throat is raw from being so sick. Think we are done with chipotle again for a while.
Everything was a mess. I ordered four bowls and two burritos for my family, but they only gave me one burrito. Everything was incorrect, and there were hardly five pieces of chicken on each item. I am extremely disappointed in the staff. I strongly advise against ordering from this poorly managed establishment.
Stood in line for half an hour, one poor girl up front making everything by herself meanwhile abou5 5 other people were there "working "with the line backing up to the door. Had no beans, and I asked for a side of guacamole and got salsa instead. Would have said something but just wanted to get out of there. Book a table now
Almost 90 percent of the time, my orders are either wrong or missing something. They require me to order online, which I dislike. I have accumulated so many rewards from them, but it feels like my orders are just overflowing with mistakes. I would rate it a 2 out of 5.
This establishment is quite unclean. The staff is satisfactory, but unfortunately, none of them speak English. This is America, after all, and English is the main language. It would be beneficial for them to learn it. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
The chips and guacamole were stale, and the guacamole itself was brown. My food was served cold, and the bottom of the bowl was quite greasy from sitting at the bottom of the bag.
three times I ordered a bowl here, three times I got sick with headaches, so painful I can't even keep water down. I thought it was me. No, they're not going to cost everyone. Book a table now
The portions here are very small, and the dishes are often only half full when I order online. Overall, it's quite disappointing.
