Terrible service! My husband and I went for a weekday lunch, and the server was so focused on online orders that we felt completely overlooked. We waited while he hurriedly took our order. When I mentioned that I was on a no-carb diet and wanted to skip the rice, he quickly filled my bowl with barely any peppers or chicken. My husband's bowl was similar—there was hardly any chicken, which was nowhere near the portion size you would expect at Chipotle. We arrived roughly 10 minutes before closing time, and I realize that can be challenging for restaurant staff. They were almost done with their cleanup, but we weren't in a hurry for our meal. However, the team was truly outstanding. They happily fulfilled our requests, and we really appreciated their attitude. The food was excellent, but it was the service that really made an impression. We left a tip that matched our level of satisfaction.
The meat portions at this location have gotten rather small recently. It wasn't always this way, so it seems like something has changed—maybe it's due to new staff or a new policy. The Chipotle on Dublin Blvd provides a much better experience, so I suggest steering clear of the Chipotle on Amador Plaza; it doesn't feel like you're getting your money's worth. I've noticed many other similar complaints as well.
There are two Chipotle locations in Dublin, and I wouldn't recommend this one. Unless, of course, you enjoy consistently undercooked rice and overcooked meat. It seems the only reason this place stays open is its convenience. Instead, I suggest heading to the Chipotle near Hacienda, near Nordstrom Rack and other shops. That location is consistently good, while this one is always a letdown.

Most disappointing Chipolte I've ever been to. Dirty kitchen. Food all over the floor and counters. Looked like a bomb went off. Overcooked chicken. Dirty tables, trash everywhere. Girl making burrito did her best but teen working register absolutely did not care. Who's managing this place??
Employee discovered a hair in the burrito. Luckily this was before she wrapped it so it was thrown away, but still unsanitary.Between the stale rice and tiny portions, I won't be coming back to this location.
One of the worst chipotle ever. Stingy ass employee, asked and got charged for double meat yet received less than one normal portion. $16 for this.... Will never go back to this trash place again.
People who work there are very lazy relax and work on slow motion mood , doers a matter how big the line is !! Trash uncollected garbage tables are not clean .!
