This Chipotle used to provide a good experience, but my last three orders through the app have been disappointing. I hoped it was just a one-time issue, but sadly I was mistaken! When I went to pick up my order, I showed Hector, the manager, and his team the bowl I'd received, and it was barely filled. The portion sizes were like that of a cheese ball, and considering the cost, it's unacceptable! I hold the management responsible for not ensuring that the staff treats customers properly. I won't be returning to this location. If they continue serving customers this way, I predict they won't be in business for much longer.
I had a terrible experience with the customer service. On Friday, April 8th, at 3:45 PM, I ordered a steak bowl, but they accidentally gave it to someone else. When the worker realized the mistake, they took the bowl back from that person and handed it to me, even though it had already been partially eaten. They didn't offer to make a new one. Additionally, the staff were very stingy with the portion sizes; I only got a tiny scoop of rice. Overall, it felt like a disappointing visit to Chipotle.
I ordered an salad bowl in the other night and immediately regretted it, salat was mush. I just wish I noticed before I had taken a few bites, but it had to go in. Now I have paid for all the weekends with a beautiful fall of gastroenteritis....yippee so I wanted to spend my first weekend months. I'll never be here again!
Great service the morning people are great sam, hector and gaby are excellent. They are fast and generous with their portions.Dont really know what the last guy was talking about. Hector is always attentive if something goes wrong.

I ordered two bowls and a burrito for my family the other day, and unfortunately, the rice had a stale taste. It felt like it had been taken out too early. If I could, I would give this experience a zero-star rating.
which type of chipotle only takes order online and not in business due to the number of employees .you should be embarrassing. go instead to the island empanada. Eat tastes better and service is great
Worst Chipotle. Used a few times the portions are a joke. Stay away. I have no problem with the prices but half what you get at every other chipotle. Go elsewhere
It's just really bad quality food and they are rude they don't care about doing their job and aren't nice to customers at all
