This is my second experience with food poisoning after dining at this location. I reported my first incident over six months ago, hoping to see some improvements. Last night, I ordered a burrito and noticed a slimy texture after just a few bites, so I had to throw it away immediately. The staff does not follow proper hygiene practices. When I requested fresh lettuce because the one in the bin was old and wilting, the employee brought out a new bin but mixed in the old lettuce, which is completely unacceptable. I get the bowl with the works every single time I come to Chipotle. Yet this location can never get the order correct unless I come inside and walk them through the process. Even when I come inside, each employee struggles through the process of making a basic bowl. Putting meat, cheese and lettuce in a bowl is not a meal! Management needs help with the hiring process and just help period stop this location.
I placed a large online order on Saturday night, and I was very impressed by a staff member when I arrived to pick it up. She stepped out from behind the counter, asked if I needed any help, and let me know that they were only working on my order at that moment. I got there just a minute before the time I had requested online. I highly recommend this restaurant; that employee really made a positive impact.

Typical, tasty Chipotle food. However, this location has consistently run out of what should be standard toppings and sides more than four hours before close. These include salad dressing, black beans, and guacamole. In one instance, staff went all the way through the process of making a greens bowl only to say they're out of dressing at the very end. Disappointing.

I waited 10 minutes past the pickup time, making it a total of 20 minutes since I placed my order. It would have been faster to get in line and reorder my food. Even after my scheduled pickup time arrived and I informed them, it still took a long time to receive my order. This experience is completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location.
The food was lacking in flavor, the meat was served cold, and the toppings were anything but fresh. I even questioned the sour cream because it was so runny. This was the worst meal I've ever experienced at a restaurant. I suggest heading to the location near Costco; the food quality there is significantly better.

I'm not sure if all Chipotle locations are the same, but this one really stood out compared to others I've visited. The meat had a nice kick and was much more flavorful, and the other ingredients complemented it beautifully!
The staff was extremely rude. One of the young employees at the counter told me that he "could care less" about my satisfaction with my order.
