I ordered four entrees through the Chipotle website, but only three were delivered, and they were cold. I tried to resolve the issue, but I could only communicate with an automated system and didn't have the option to speak to a person. I was informed that I could use a free escape within the next 30 days, but there was no offer to replace the missing item or refund me for it. This experience was absolutely horrific, and I will never use their service again. It completely ruined our family night.
I went to lunch today, and by the time we got home (just a six-minute drive), my meal was cold. Not only was it cold, but since I ordered a steak bowl, I had a hard time finding any meat in it—there was more acidic cream than steak. I also ordered a side of guacamole, and it had the weirdest texture; it seemed like it had been frozen and had no flavor whatsoever. Additionally, the restaurant itself wasn't very clean. I won’t be returning to this Chipotle; it was a one-and-done experience for me.
This is the second time I've ordered from here and the order was wrong. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt and they clearly have no brain cells. First time ordering I got a steak bowl, no beans fajitas, lettuce, sour cream, hot sauce and cheese. Mybowl consisted of white rice beans and cheese. Nothing else. Yet on my bowl it stated all I wanted. Like what? Second time(today) same thing. Idiots. Will never order from here again and I suggest you don't either.
Must go for lunch and when we go home (6 minutes drive) woman was cold (the meat) and mine was also. Not only was I cold, but because I was a steak bowl, I actually had a hard time finding the meat. 6pm Sunday. 4 people in line in front of me, 1 person eating in restaurant. Waited 14 minutes to place order. At front of line when I got there was told 10 minutes for chicken. Come on. 8 visible people working. More workers than customers. Notshocked to see a 2.4 rating in over 1000 reviews. That's shockingly bad.
Yikes- all reviews are accurate! My biggest thing, customer service. It is not so hard to be nice to have at least half a smile or to say that you are welcome. Pretty every person on the line at this point is missing.
I ordered a steak burrito bowl and used my points for double steak. When it came here, there was no meat at all. There is no way to contact them, the pepper thing, problems to report is broken. It's not where.

Horrible! The smallest burrito ever. I did not order tomatoes and there were three pieces of steak total. Wish I could give this place zero stars.
