I placed a delivery order through the Chipotle app, but the delivery driver brought the wrong food. While mistakes happen, the app provided no way to fix the problem. I went to the restaurant with the incorrect order and explained what happened. Having spent over seven years in customer service, I believe the best response in this situation would have been, “I’m very sorry about that; may I prepare a new dish for you?” This establishment really needs to improve its customer service training. If customers have been waiting more than 15 minutes for their food without being able to pay, they should be allowed to take their meals and leave, rather than being overwhelmed with payment inquiries and only receiving a discount after pushing back. It's not the customers' responsibility if the payment system is down. Offering a few complimentary meals won’t significantly impact your profits. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location.
The prices have increased quite a bit, but the portion sizes have shrunk noticeably, which is really disappointing. Moreover, this location keeps online orders behind the counter instead of putting them on the designated shelves in the lobby. I waited for my online order next to the shelf for ten minutes, only to discover it had been sitting next to the cashier the entire time. What is the purpose of having a specific shelf for online orders if it isn't being used?
The portion sizes were once again quite disappointing! A burrito bowl should be more than just half full, regardless of the number of ingredients. A salad should have a generous layer of lettuce at the very least. While I understand that inflation affects all businesses, reducing portion sizes isn’t the right approach. On the bright side, the ingredient quality remains consistently excellent.

When I ordered the crispy Three Tacos from Chipotle Mexican Grill, they arrived ridiculously small and ice cold. I really should have picked them up myself to avoid my order being messed up. This is the fourth time something like this has happened when I’ve used DoorDash for Chipotle, and I’m done with it.
The food is outstanding, and the service is satisfactory. However, the servers appeared to be hurrying us to place our order, despite the fact that there were only a handful of customers waiting.
I had a terrible experience at Chipotle. The portion sizes were only about a third of what I expected, and the food was cold. On top of that, the rice was undercooked.
Recently, I've noticed that when you order food online or through an app for pickup, the portion sizes are almost always about half of what you'd expect.

The San Pellegrino was served at a warm temperature. The burrito was a bit messy, but nevertheless, it was delicious.
The portions were rather small, and our bowls included ingredients we didn't ask for.
