As a returning customer, I’ve visited this Chipotle at 907 Ellsworth Dr, Silver Spring, MD 20910 multiple times, but today’s experience was deeply disappointing—enough to compel me to walk away mid-order. Upon approaching the counter, I immediately noticed how unsanitary the area looked. The spaces beneath the food containers were dirty and appeared as though they hadn’t been cleaned in some time. It was genuinely off-putting and far below what I expect from any food establishment, let alone a national chain like Chipotle. Visited this location a week ago and the rice looked dry and hard. I asked for fresh rice, which was a reasonable request. They lied and said they didn’t have any and less than five minutes later, I watched them pull out a new pan. What was even more disheartening was how rude and dismissive the staff was. A gentleman that presented as the manager said that I ‘have to eat what they have’. I have never experienced such poor service at a Chipotle restaurant and obviously staff needs to be retrained. I spent almost an hour in the service to order. the personal who took orders was more concerned with their online orders than the customers inside. I wanted to go, but the way the line is built it was impossible to return with my son's car, because behind me was a long crowd and blocked my way. we can say a brand. When I finally made it before the line, I had to wait 10 minutes, because all three employees who prepared ordering were still only busy with their online order. I wasn't even even even even even even even quit until one of the chefs told them I had waited a long time. Once we got our food, we couldn't even sit down because all the tables were dirty inside and outside.
Chipotle is a tough spot to judge as a shopper rather than a guy who came out of the industry. I often fighting my negative comments to only talk about the good. Well there is no bad here. Silver spring restaurants are on point and even the Chipotle isclean, customer friendly and they have a very efficient to go line. So ordering off the app negates the time needed to stand ina long line. Hang out and check the scenes and sites and when they app says it's time, skip a line. The food is ok. I'm not thebiggest fan of the actual food, but for what it is, it's a great Chipotle

In comparison to other locations, this Chipotle sucks. Oftentimes, they are missing ingredients (i.e. guacamole), but don't put up signs stating such, so in you won't find out until after waiting in line and ordering. Servings are not generous, and fooddoesn't always taste fresh. Overpriced, especially for the vegetarian options. Lastly, the way the staff walks around carelesslyswiping the same dirty rag over all the tables without properly spraying or cleaning surfaces is gross. This is the locationclosest to my house, but I'm taking the kids somewhere else.
The food was solid, but I feel for the workers. Management, have you noticed that the staff serving customers looks so miserable? I know it?s forward facing and serving long lines of the public all day, but there must be something that can be donefor the staff to not have the look of complete dread on their faces. No incentives Chipotle? Take care of your people! Also, oneof the burrito builders had a lot of curly hair overflowing from his hat. It doesn?t look cool, but hair nets do prevent hairfrom getting into the food.
Our server gave disproportionately large and small scoops of different ingredients. Randomly and sloppily plating our order. For rolling the burrito, half the ingredients spilled out as the server nonchalantly continued rolling the burrito with salsa and sour cream dripping everywhere. When we asked to remake the order as a bowl considering the dramatic mess over the serving counter, our server was despondent. As local residents, this is the first and last time we come here. I ordered pick up They gave half a scoop of rice and half a scoop of meat and I can still see the bottom of the bowl. It?s completely unacceptable the food they send out of here. Management clearly doesn?t care because it?s happens numerous times. The picture is what we recieved? no we didn?t eat any of it.

I like chipotle but I won't ever order for pick up from this location. I ordered three meals and all three were barely serve with an appropriate amount of food. The price has gone up and I can understand that but that is no reason to be frugal with theingredients.
Food was not fresh. Cold and not very tasty. Wasted my money and had to buy lunch from somewhere else
