DO NOT EAT HERE ! the first time i decided to try the chipotle in the mall i was sick with food poisoning for 2 days. Second time 6 months later i decided to give it one more shot… no .. 30 mins later i was already throwing up and all night and here the next day i still have food poisoning. do not eat here i promise you there are better options
There’s a significant communication problem at this Chipotle. The staff and manager seem to struggle with basic English, which led to an incorrect charge for my food. I ordered only two sides and additional guacamole for the kids' meal, but they still charged me for three sides. Additionally, the price for the guacamole is outrageous.
I had a negative experience with a staff member during my visit on April 2, 2024, around 2:30 PM. The African/African American woman at the counter was quite rude. When I inquired about the black object in my corn, she curtly replied, “It’s a pimento pepper; it’s part of the corn.” Her attitude felt completely unwarranted.
Don’t go here, initially I thought this one was great but as time went on this image quickly faded. A lot of the workers treat you like garbage and have a lot attitude. They have strange rules for food and get skimpy on meat and rice no matter what time you go there even if they aren’t busy. I would not recommend this one. Book a table now
I had a disappointing experience yesterday when I went to eat with my son. They charged my card three times. When I pointed out the overcharge to the cashier, she got upset and only issued one refund, even though my account statement clearly showed I had been charged three times. Because of this, I will never return.
While Sofritas may be vegan, it is quite oily and not the healthiest option. However, it does taste good. It is a decent choice if you cannot find anything else to eat in the mall.
Got veggy bowl. Very salty Food, Salsa is very salty too. I think it is Unhealthy to eat high salt like this. Already complained last time they don’t seem to care.
Our food was actually pretty good. There initially was a long line of people. They killed it by moving the line quick. We were in and out! Book a table now
Always gets the order wrong. Can’t roll a burrito. Horrible service. Eat at any other chipotle place.
