"I came into this restaurant tonight at 8 PM, already cleaned up the grill. He did not want to make any more fresh vegetables, even though the store does not close until 10 PM. The atmosphere of the store was not friendly and it seemed not too clean. I frequent chipotle very often and I was appalled at this location. It was the cook that said no they don't make more food. They're closing the store. They have to start two hours early to get it done. I know better. I am highly disappointed in this location. I wish I would've taken a picture because the food did not look appetizing at all"

I stopped going to Chipotle in general. No matter what location, it 's either dirty and or guest service is just nonexistent. Don 't know what I was expecting on this random visit. Honestly, I was just really hungry! As I entered, I stood at the front of the line with no other guests present. 2 team members on the line, one temping and the other watching him temp. Not one single acknowledgment...instead, they stood there calling for another team member to come and help me. Servers here are generally decent and nice except for two people. The food I would say is 3.5 stars. We got a guacamole one time delivered and it came black! Lol. And one time my pick up order was stolen per the register person. It 's really because 3 hours later they forgot to do my order because I heard her in the back talking about it. I 'm here eating right. We got a salad and right when I was about to take it out of the bag it smelled like a sewer. We kept smelling it and the smell remained. This is the 3rd time I've been to this particular Chipotle and this is definitely the last. Every time I've been here, something is missing or out of stock or just the overall cleanliness of the team. Today, they're out of guacamole and lettuce. Last time, they were out of fajita mix. On top of this, they had lettuce and small remnants of other veggies on the stainless steel counter. I specifically got on yelp to leave my first review because I have had it with this place. I 've been coming here for years now always telling myself well it can 't be that bad this time right..? And almost each and every time it is a disappointment. This is officially the last time. This has to be the worst chipotle there is in the South Bay, and I love this food chain.
