absolutely bad chipotle experience ever! at 7:10 clock turned on to pick up an app order. there were a series of people waiting for pick-up orders. someone comes from behind and announces that they had to wait for huh and the app orders were supported. 40 minutes later and after several promises that my order would be ready in 10 minutes, my order was not ready yet. I have reclaimed my money and I was told that they can't give it to me. will never go back!
they only accept online orders and I came to eat with a friend, but changed my mind to a place with a dining room. several customers came to the door and went away so that this decision loses them all a lot of business!
