as others mentioned. we have tried and disappointed this place several times. this evening was the absolute last stray. we had a job for a veggie bowl, and not only had it meat, that was a big thing! everything else was also correct. paid extra for toppings we do not receive. it's like they just put everything in their pockets, what they want and theirs expected to deal with it. will not come back. I understand the problems of the personal and the struggle, however, the people support their business with them should be at least able to make a burrito when there are so few things to start. vegetarian options: not able to eat meat, and it was given on my veggie dish. dietary restrictions: not...
The past few times I’ve ordered online from this location, they’ve completely messed up my burritos. It almost seems like they play topping roulette and you’re just stuck with whatever they give you. This time, my husband’s was so messed up that he couldn’t even eat it. Don’t go to this location unless you’re going inside and watching as they make it. This is extra insulting when the sticker on the wrapper says exactly what should be in it. Don’t expect a refund though, because their automated customer service will just give you coupons.
This was our THIRD disappointing visit here in a row. We all have bad days but this can no longer be considered coincidence. I'll focus on tonight: Placed online order, waited nearly 30 minutes past our promised time, checked in twice for updates (very non committal both times I asked for a status/eta). Order was still wrong when they handed it to me (Luckily checked before I left this time- I've been burned before). Order was over $70. Service was NOT worth this. Do not recommend this location. Will not return.
I just had the worst burrito at this place—quite possibly the worst burrito I've ever had at Chipotle. The girl who made it didn’t roll it properly; she folded it like a bath towel, hoping everything would stay inside. Not only was she struggling to keep it all together, but I also ended up losing about a third of the meat. They already skimp on portions, and when they take away from their rewards, it makes it even worse. This experience has completely ruined my view of this place and their burritos. Book a table now
The napkins were stingy, and the staff was unprofessional. I was asked to pay for a menu item that had accidentally been added to my bill because the server didn’t know how to remove it. After I ended up paying for a bowl that I didn’t order, he finally sought help from the manager. I won’t be returning.
My recent visits have been inconsistent, and my last experience was particularly disappointing. I don't plan to return anytime soon. I hope to see some improvements, as this restaurant used to be a wonderful spot for great food!
