Chipotle Mexican Grill

I never filed a negative complaint. I am a super understanding of what it is to be in food service. but this is the second time that I visited this place and was less than impressed. the portions were so small, it felt like my burrito was half as big as it is normally. even if I asked for a little extra dish, the nice young man added over a tbsp worth. the friendliness when the personal was better. when my QR code for a free drink did not work, the casser did not have to correct the situation. She just shaken and said I don't know that I moved on to the next person. she didn't call for a manager or checked with someone else. I'm sorry, I know that's frustrating. the food is delicious there. I get the Burrito bullet every time I go in. only enough spiciness for the huh and have brown rice, mais, acidic cream, cheese and salat. perfect every time. Kind friendliness: it would be child-friendly. the pupils are well-behaved. parking: parking is a bit difficult here. I go to the chipotle on commonwealth ave in boston and I usually see bu students in the lunch hour. there are many tables to sit with hockey. Accessibility: it is wheelchair accessible with a ramp outside.

This restaurant is the one I always prefer. I eat in plenty of restaurants but to this place I constantly return again and again. The crew is very warm and the cooking they place on your table is so tasty. I never miss an opportunity to have a decent dinner here. I recommend this place with pleasure.

I tried this place 3 times so far with no issues. Staff are friendly and efficient. The food was great and the place was kept clean including the restroom. Thank you
