I worked at Chipotle for years and it is one of my favorite fast food restaurants and enjoy contributing to it as working with this company gave me insight to how much they care about their employees?However, this was my very first terrible experience asa customer. I ordered and everything was fine until I ordered my sides and the ?manager? Brad said he was going to charge me forthe sides which is weird because I had not ordered a large tortilla, guac, nor extra meat (which are charged items), I told himthat that was untrue and that I had worked at Chipotle and knew what I can be charged for. I used to work at this location, it was the cleanest and most well managed Chipotle in probably all of DFW when I worked here in 2019. Ever since the old manager Servando apparently left, and this new guy Brad took over, it has completely ruined the place.I refuse to ever come back here again, nothing is ever made properly, the place is always dirty, the new employees are rude, Itruly don't have enough bad things to say. I sincerely hope that upper management sees these comments and returns this place toits former glory.
Food is good if it's available, they've run out of chicken 3 times during peak hours and had to wait 20 minutes. What gets me is that they run out and don't even have the grill going to cook more. Not a good idea to run out then all the sudden startcooking. Not sure what's happened with Chipotle but as a whole they've gone down hill since Covid. They make you stand and waitbecause they do online orders first, always out of food, and eating area is always dirty.
I wanted the new steak for my salad but they only have enough for 1 serving. So I ask the nice lady attending the line if there was more fresh meat in the back. The cooked reply right then its as fresh as it gets. So I switched to chicken but im not comingback to this location.
