I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There was one overwhelmed guy handling all the food, while two other employees in the kitchen weren't cooking anything. One girl spent all her time bagging chips, even though there were already 50 bags ready. Another lady stood at the register the entire time and never offered any assistance to the person making the food. We waited nearly an hour in line, and not a single other employee helped him during that time. He was responsible for every burrito and bowl for over an hour. I got a three meat bowl only, yes only steak, beef, and chicken the dude only put half a scoop of each meat and then proceeded to take some out if that wasn't bare enough, you coukd literally still see the bottom and it only took up some of one side! The container wasn't even 1/4 full and was charged 20.00!!! Tried this place on a friends recommendation but its the First time eating there and the last. Who does this??????? Should have went to Frishs for the 12.99 fish buffet instead of the 20 dollar appetizer (if you could call it that)at chipotle.
There’s only one person on the line most of the time, with someone at the cashier and another on the grill. The service is incredibly slow. I understand that managing breaks and rushes can be tricky, but when I worked there, it was uncommon for anyone to complain about wait times. We prided ourselves on being prompt. Sadly, that’s no longer the case.
With smaller portion sizes and frequent shortages of ingredients, I've found myself visiting this place much less often. It’s disappointing to say, but I’d honestly rather go to Q’doba.
This place is ALWAYS out of something. Especially the vingerette. I found out last time I went that they didn’t even make it that day, odd when people use it for the salads, so why they didn’t make it I have no idea. Also when I go, the food taste like it has no flavor, if go to any other location (which will be the case everytime now) and the food taste is flavorful and doesn’t taste old. I have addresses this also to the store and nothing seems to change.

I understand a lot of people love this restaurant. I applaud you. This is the second time I have tried their food in the past 6 years. 2 different locations. The taste is not good. I felt like 2 different meats and they tasted the same and should be seasoned differently. The meat and veggie portions are too small. A ton of rice though. The chips were stale. No spicy choices. No sauces. This is not for me. The cashier was very nice and pleasant.
They want to charge $11 for a tortilla in a bowl with tons of rice and a half a scoop of meat and then when you ask for a full scoop of steak, they charge you five more dollars the food is good, but it’s not a $20 meal very disappointed in The quality and also I get young kids need jobs, but when they’re too busy talking amongst themselves to take your order, then that’s a problem be professional
The restaurant has increased its prices but still offers very few items on the menu. Staying open until 11 PM doesn’t really help if you lack the essentials. It would be great if they could coordinate with their sister locations to improve their food supply.
We love Chipotle but this store is always out of something. There have been many occasion where they don’t have toppings like fajita mix or even cilantro for their rice. Never have any trouble with other locations.

i ordered extra chicken in a bowl and it was less than what i ordered what kind of establishment are they running here this was poor service highly disappointed!
