Last Saturday I went to this Chipotle to get a quick meal for me. I arrived at 3:45. There were maybe 3-4 customers in front of me and I saw at least 6 employees who float around, but only one on the line. It took 20 minutes before it was my turn!! I ordered my bowl and watched it go down. When the worker was finished, she did not mark my bowl (or each of the bowls) and pushed it towards the cashier. The cashier rang the customer before me and I wanted to keep an eye on my bowl. The customer paid before me and went and when the cashier went to package what I thought was my meal the customer stopped behind me to know that the bowl she held was her. Since when chipotle added lettuce and cheese to their guacamole to fill up for avocado? Seems like chipotle started slacking on their services at this location. Previously you couldn?t order in person, had to be done online. But now seems like you can only get some stuff in person, the rest you?ll have to order online. For example, when asking for chicken in person, I was told I will have to order online. Ummm do you not have any chicken available for people walking in and ONLY for online orders? Very disappointing answer. Who has time to further take this conversation?!?! Took 40min from the time walking in to getting my order to walk out. Chipotle, are you even fast food anymore?
For the past years we order from here. Every single time the order is wrong. I cannot understand how service is so bad. I love the food here but it's obvious I cannot go to this location. Tonight we got the wrong order completely! It had our sticker with our order info but clearly another customers food inside. This is a huge mistake. Other experiences: looks like my good had be literally thrown in the taco (a complete mess), wrong ingredients (frequent mistake). I am finished with this location.
This is our second time to buy from this place and both times we? ve had a problem. The first visit there was no steak so we had to get chickens and we were charged for two salad dresses. Second visit (mobile app order) both of our entrees are cold, they had no blackberry Izzy, acid cream or Fajitas.
