Went in at 8pm on a Wednesday, they're open until 10pm. They said they were out of corn and fajita vegetables the main reason I came but we decided to stay anyway. I noticed all the grills were being cleaned, we weren't asked if it was for take out or dine in. They wrapped up our food for to go and cleaned the entire kitchen and dining room.I totally get wanting to go home but it was still open for 2 hours and the place was very busy. After reading reviews, will not come back to location.
ALWAYS out of something when I go. Employees are extremely rude and obviously do not want to be there. They wait until you get up to the beginning of the line after waiting to tell you they basically don’t have any of the food you want. When I try to call before I go, they don’t pick up the phone after 5+ minutes of ringing. This place was good back in the day, but it has dropped dramatically
Go to QDoba or anywhere else! This review is from Monday 7/10/23 from Baltimore Pike in Media Pa. This is the place to go if you love cheap chewy grizzle in your steak and chicken! This is the most horrible experience ever. The staff is average. But I don't blame the staff, I blame Chiptole corporate for sending this cheap meats to their stores for preparation and sale. Shame on Chipotle!
Staff is rude and horrible and I’m mostly talking about the night shift ladies. The girl with the poorly dyed blonde hair that look orange literally shoved my food at me. The supervisor isn’t any better. HORRIBLE service, the guy on shift was nice, he tried to smooth things out
