I have read the reviews about this location in La Verne. It seemed to be mixed reviews/ratings, so I thought it was time to pay them a visit. Fortunately, my experience was positive. Customer service is important and I must say that this location has exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly greeted when entering and the server that helped me was friendly and professional. My bowl was made exactly as desired, without getting cold [as (unfortunate) at some Chipotle locations takes place]. My bowl was fresh and delicious, and the chips were crispy. Omg, if I say I love this place. I'm here in Ontario to visit my brother and he'll take me to that chipotle and yes yes. I live in Los Angeles for an hour, but I think I'm gonna go out here to get to that chipotle. You are great here
The food is really tasty BUT occasionally, the beans OR the rice isn't cooked completely and your food is a bit on the hard side......
