The portion sizes have become absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a bowl and didn't even receive half a serving of chicken, so I asked for a bit more to make it a proper portion. The employee pretended to add chicken, but I could see nothing was actually going into the bowl. When I pointed this out, she simply replied, "Oh, okay," and added just one piece of chicken. The manager was right there and didn’t intervene at all. This location is the absolute worst, and sadly, this isn't the first time I've had this experience. I miss the days when the high school workers would serve generous portions. Lately, my bowls have barely been filled, and don't even get me started on the side of chips—I think...
CHIPOTLE OWES ME MONEY!!Online order for large chips and large guacamole. 8$ for that size and portion. But go figure, chipotle zombies are at it again....EVERYONE KNOWS THE CHIPS AND GUACAMOLE ARE OVERPRICED AND LOOK WHAT THEY DID NOW.... placed an order for several people coming over, obviously we want large guacamole and large chips to feed everyone. I'm honestly quite disappointed. Every time my boyfriend and I visit around 9 PM, they tell us they don't have any steak. Honestly, it feels like the real reason is that they just don’t want to prepare any because they’re closing at 10 PM. It's literally their job to serve food, which is why we're paying them! I can't believe how frustrating this has been. I won’t be coming back. They need better employees who actually consider their customers' needs instead of dismissing them out of laziness and carelessness!
This location is hit or miss. Came in around 2 today with no one in line before me. At least 5 employees behind the counter doing various things, no one helping a customer, and yet I waited about 4 minutes before someone even acknowledged I was there. It 's weird. They see you come in, see you standing in line, yet don 't even bother to say be right with you or make any eye contact? Very strange. Food always seems good here, but customer service needs major improvement.

I’ve been coming to chipotle for years and I usually don’t have any complaints…but this time was awful. I ordered a steak bowl and the lady working only gave me a few pieces of steak. And when I mean a few it was like 3 small pieces. I’ve never been so disappointed at a chipotle bowl before in my life, but this has gotten out of hand… I will not be returning
