This is the worst chipotle I've been to. I ordered a bowl to go and the girl seemed like counted the pieces of protein she put in my bowl and if that's not enough, I asked for hot sauce on the side and she gave me a half a cup and when I asked for more the manager said we charge for extra sauce. I don't put the hot sauce or pico de gallo on the bowl because by the time I take it home everything gets soggy. Needless to say I won't be going to chipotle anymore. They act like they wanna take the food home that's why they don't want to give you a good portion.
My brother and I come here pretty often, and almost every single time we are disappointed with something new! Whether it's customer service, portion, missing items, or wait time, our experience here hasn't been the best. Our burritos have always been overfilled with too much food to where it rips, or our salad bowls have been too little. We never know what to expect each time! We love Chipotle itself, which is why we come here often but I definitely do not recommend this location! We've had way better service elsewhere.
I went in at 9:26 pm before they closed at 10pm the worker on the grill was cleaning the grill already for closing. I wanted Chicken burritos, but they ran out of chicken. I didn't want the other meats because they are almost 2 dollars more. They gave a fit about making more chicken. The manager was a **** n the girl workers all got snotty attitudes. I use to come here since 2017 idk what happened but the service isn't the same. She put so much juice salsa in my burrito that it was soggy when I got home.
The chicken bowl was wonderful! However, the guacamole had a slight brown tint to it. There weren't many seating options inside, but the patio was a nice place to sit.

Me and my brother both got chicken bowls here and both got food poisoning later that night. Def something wrong w the chicken
BTW. Still have not heard from anybody at Chipotle in over 10 months. I guess they don't read or care about there reviews .
Customer service is always great, food is always ready when I pick up, and nice and kept clean.
