chipotle, like most fast casual restaurants, can be a reliable and consistent, if not inspired choice for vegan and vegetarian foods. the sofritas topping is vegan; it is, however, not salt-free or oil-free. the sofritas themselves contain 10 grams of fat and 560 mg of sodium for each portion. brown rice adds another 6 grams of fat. the sofritas, brown rice, black beans with fresh tomato salsa and romaine lettuce is over 17 grams fat and over 1500mg sodium. the good news, of course, it is always the same pay at all sockets, and they can cut them components in a large circumference.
The elderly woman who prepared my meal had a rather unwelcoming demeanor. I ordered chicken, and she hardly added any before actually removing some. She treated all the ingredients the same way, making it obvious that she wasn’t interested in her work. I even paid extra for guacamole and queso, but she only put a small amount of each in my bowl. It was only about a quarter full, and I could see the sides clearly. I've given this location far too many opportunities to impress me.
I visited Chipotle and noticed a girl scrubbing the floor with a long wire broom just behind the food counter. I mentioned to her that the broom could potentially contaminate the food, but she insisted it wouldn’t because it was on the floor. She was scrubbing so vigorously that I was concerned soap and dirt might be getting into the food. Unfortunately, it was quite unsettling.
Chipotle Mexican Grill is always crowded, and they need to find a better way to manage the lines. Customers shouldn’t have to wait so long for a bowl, and there should be extra charges for those using TikTok hacks. It wastes everyone's time as they try to get more, slowing down the entire menu service.

To the gentleman who was the cashier wearing makeup. SUPER rude to my friend and I. I could feel his energy right off the back, and he just had a straight attitude for whatever reason. If you don’t like your job, QUIT, but don’t be rude to people because you don’t like your job.
Chipotle is usually delicious, but something non-vegan ended up in my burrito bowl due to cross-contamination. The staff don’t seem very careful about keeping vegan food separate. Be sure to tell them you’re vegan and watch them prepare your meal.
love the sofritas (tofu) option! the line is always moving fast and everything is always on camp. you could get enough food in a bowl to make 2 burritos! if they don't want, they also have a great grilled Veggie mix.
I used to dine here often when they would give me extra portions and additional tortillas on the side for my burrito bowl. Unfortunately, that's not the case anymore.

The employees need to put new gloves on when handling food. I watched a worker literally rub her gloves on her pants and then touch food!
Why have the order shelf if you won't use it and won't acknowledge people waiting to pick an order up?
