If I could give a zero I would. I've been sick since yesterday at 5pm. I ordered a chicken bowl with white rice, salsa, lettuce, pinto beans, sour cream and guacamole. I started eating the bowl at 430. By 5pm my stomach was hurting me and I felt like I had to use the rest room. I dropped my son off and went to work. When I arrived at work by 630 pm I was completely in pain. Stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness. I threw up profusely for 4hrs. I had an important meeting to prepare for and could not assist my team. Note: this is a review from 7 months ago. I neglected to select POST REVIEW. Every table in the joint was filthy except for one in the very front. There is rice and food particles all over the floor. We figured, hey, they probably just got done with the lunch rush, except it 3:20pm! The place was empty when we came in. We were promptly tended to however we had to wipe down our own table because although it looked clean, I didn't trust it. The food was the way it was Chipolte standard, but the place needed a good scrub. Looks like a gang of unruly toddlers ran ra.pant thru the establishment with large bowls of rice and chicken.
Ordered the bowl with barbacoa guacamole and a regular drink. $19.18. Every time I come the price is higher and higher and the quality is less and less. Today there was no ice in the machine and I 'm not convinced the guacamole was real. Or, at the very least, they got a batch of really, really lousy, watery, pale, bland avocados. It wasn 't creamy at all, just kind of loose. The amount of barbacoa was also lacking. Way too heavy on the rice. Times are tough, I get it, but Chipotle is definitely not like it uaed to be. Been very disappointing since the pandemic started. Staff was kind, nevertheless.
Worst Chipotle Ever!! This place is disgusting. There is trash all over the floor and tables. There was no line and yet I waited for 15 min to get my food. The utensils bin was nasty and filled with dirty water! How was I supposed to eat my bowl with dirty utensils! Also, the barbacoa was raw! Overall nasty place and lazy workers. Even the Chipotle at the Bronx are cleaner! Pd: there?s a lady eating next to the trash can and the worker decides to take out the trash, can he at least wait for the lady to finish her meal?

This location is absolutely terrible. Go somewhere else! Understaffed and undertrained. Always dirty. Also never meets projected pick up time from app orders add at least 20 minutes. Staff also couldn't care less about issues they will just ignore you. Silence and a shrug are typical responses. Will never go back there again. Complaining through app also a waste of time. Annoying app customer service bot is a useless time sink that adds insult to injury.
Management needs to do a better job training staff members before putting them on the floor to serve customers who are accustomed to great service at other Chipotles. I've had too many horrible experiences ordering from here ranging from missing items in the burrito to being served cold food. They also seem to have an issue keeping staff members for longer than a week which hurts the stores overall credibility
the young man, with the pretty blue eyes, chiseled jawline and Soundcloud introduced himself to me while I asked for a burrito. While patiently for him to tell me they were out of chicken he ended up telling me his whole life story. We are now together. He is such a hardworking king. As far as the rest of the staff, I don't know them in this intimate way. Good luck!!!!
This is the second or third time in the row that we come with my kids and this restaurant is a total mess. Review cameras 6/2 8:50pm. Place dirty, no sense of urgency from employees.

Food is good . Had a couple issues before with pickup where it felt as if the rice was undercooked or they messed up the whole order . But staff is friendly and quick.
