My wife and I have tried this location several times, but our visit tonight was the worst yet. Having previously worked at Chipotle, my wife knows how things should be handled. Unfortunately, the ingredients weren't cut small enough, there was significant cross-contamination on the line, the chips were consistently stale, and the staff seemed unmotivated. We decided to give it another shot because I genuinely enjoy Chipotle, but my wife found three pieces of a cut-up glove in her bowl, which I'll be sharing a picture of. Who wants to pay almost $12 for a meal that includes gloves? When she tried to discreetly speak with a manager to avoid disrupting the long line of customers, the staff memb...

I was thoroughly disappointed with my burrito experience. The person assisting me tore the tortilla twice, and then just dumped everything onto a new tortilla. Unfortunately, that one also split. I asked if we could start fresh, but that wasn't possible. They ended up double-wrapping it with another tortilla, which mixed up all the ingredients, so my first few bites were just filled with rice. I guess I should have realized what I was in for at this place, which feels more like a Mexican fast-food chain. I would have been better off going to the Taco Bell next door.

I had ordered my food through DoorDash and was ready to pick it up but my food wasn?t ready for some reason. Apparently the computers were down and they were packed. There were two kids in particular (I wish I got their names) that asked me immediately if I needed help and made my order right then so I could get my food. Great employees. I?ve been at my own job where the computers are down and I know the panic and frustration so thank you to the employees here. Your customers greatly value you.

Absolutely massacred my burrito. The individual helping me spilt the tortilla twice, then dumped it all back out onto a new tortilla. Split the new one as well, I asked maybe could we start again but nope. Double wrapped it with another tortilla andthe ingredients got all flipped around so now my first 4 bites its all just rice. Guess it's my fault, what'd I expect from theMexican McDonald's Would have been better off going to the Taco bell next door.

If you’re not providing bags for takeout orders like burritos or bowls, at least ensure that your staff knows how to wrap them properly! It's a pandemic, and my burrito looked terrible just a minute after I placed it on my car seat. I didn’t even take a picture of the inside because it was such a mess. Not that it mattered much; my tortilla ended up falling apart anyway, which just made unwrapping it easier. This is ridiculous, especially for $9.

I had an unsettling experience at Chipotle the other night. The employee who took my order kept touching his hair before preparing food and didn't wash his hands or change his gloves after handling cash. Consequently, I discovered three hairs in my meal. It makes me question whether he even washes his hands after using the restroom. I attempted to contact the company for feedback, but I haven't heard back from them.
