I know most times people get bad reviews, so I just wanted to come on here and say how happy I was with today's visit. Everyone was up beat and smiley. The girl at the register she was super sweet and very smiley good customer service. I think her name was Ashley. I tried to see he name tag before I left but I ended up getting it off my receipt. I feel like customer service is lacking these days and I just wanted to give credit to this Crew today. Thank you all keep smiling.
My wife has been in the hospital for two weeks. I had a chance to get away for a little bit and decided to get Chipotle. After I ordered, I realized I forgot my ATM. I called to see if someone could bring it to me. After I made the phone call, the girl at the register informed me she talked to the manager and she waived the bill. I very much appreciate the kind gesture. Thank you. That made my day.
The grill wasn't working so they had no steak or chicken but we tried the sofritas and carnitas and it was bomb. I think because the staff was so nice we dealt with not getting our usual steak and everything worked itself out
