chaotic place as a co-worker who fill out online orders and go to ask together. While a part of my Burrito shooting order was taken, I had to wait 10 or more minutes until online orders are completed. the online orders that the employees rushed to complete, so I am sure that some online orders were incorrect. I had a small container drilled in my bag, but I didn't ask him. my order tastes good, so that that is the main goal. be ready to wait and check portion size if employees online order also work.
The worst customer service ever. Seriously, if you don’t understand the level of service your job entails or just don’t care, the food industry is not for you. Management really needs to look into the attitudes their employees have and why it correlates with the lack of business and revenue they see. After the atrocious discrimination I had to endure today, I will be pursuing further action, most certainly of the legal kind.
that's the worst chipotle I've ever had. that on the photo should be a huh quesadilla! we all know how chipotle in the regular make their quesadillas with the square shape! the service is incredibly low! the worker put less than half a spoon of the chicken and when I asked her to put a little more, she said that this was double chicken!
dreadful portions, the manager cannot properly store the things, and the eating line cannot understand English except the means of life when they try to get something corrected. probably the only disappointing chipotle I was on.
