I visited this Chipotle in Danville Va and I asked for a burrito bowl. The person behind the counter built the burrito just as I asked her to. At the register, I asked for chips. The person said “we don’t have no chips.” I looked to me left and saw lots of bags of chips. The employee seeing that I was curious, said “those are for mobile orders.” I told her I didn’t understand. A young lady claiming to be the manager spoke up (loudly) and said “I can explain it.” Those people have already paid for their chips. Today we dined at Chipotle and ordered two dishes. They consisted of grilled vegetables and salad, but they were missing the toppings at the exit station. They refused to add them to our dishes and said they were only for online orders! I insisted on speaking to the manager, who informed me that their policy does not allow customers in line to choose toppings from the exit station. I should have canceled my order, walked out, and ordered online with double grilled veggies! Whatever happened to the principle that the customer is always right? This was a horrible customer service experience, and all the employees at Chipotle were unhelpful.

If I order the same thing every time and suddenly jumped over $4, I can ask why. when they begin to show Cobra-Hals and on my order and say “the c means Queso” they should probably be wise enough to know that it starts with a q and not a c. last trip for my office/business.

Traveled 25 mins just to get home and the rice is hard. The server wasn’t friendly all. He kept screaming for someone to bring out guacamole. I wasn’t satisfied all.
The customer service was horrible! The woman with dreadlocks and her staff were rude and disrespectful to customers. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I absolutely adore this restaurant. It is one of my top favorite spots. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient.
