This is the first negative review I have ever left…and all over $2! Food was fine, predictable, like every other Chipotle’s. But the customer service at this location was so bad which is why I’m leaving the review. Two employees down the line weren’t friendly but agreed that instead of getting two sides, we could get the chips and salsa as our sides. Went to pay, charged $2. Informed her that we didn’t get another side, and another guy comes up and says sorry, you can’t do that. PERMANENTLY A MOE 'S CUSTOMER FROM NOW ON . I had a coupon for a free meal as long as I ordered it on-line. I did that, but the code for the free meal didn 't work and it charged my debit card anyway. I went to the store to pick up my meal and see how can I redeem the cost of my meal. The manager came out and took all the information. She did try to help but the store 's machine wouldn 't pick up the free code either. She ended up calling customer service. She said that the company would reimburse my account and send me an email in 3 to 4 business days.. I 'm still waiting. Chipotle has declined in quality recently. They have been increasing prices and even started charging for tortillas, while decreasing their service and portion sizes. It is difficult to reach a Chipotle representative over the phone, as there are no options to speak to a live person. Customers can only pick up their orders or have them delivered, without the ability to see how the food is being prepared. The amount of food in the orders has also decreased, as seen in the photo provided. Charging $7.35 for such a small portion of food is disappointing.
I have walked out of this restaurant about 6 times because I have been served insufficient protein. They typically give me half a scoop, and when I ask for more chicken they say they will have to charge me double. There has been a high turnover of staff, most of whom seem unhappy and take out their frustrations on customers. Occasionally I do receive a proper portion and everything is fine, but this has only happened about 2 out of 10 times recently. If Chipotle is okay with losing a customer 80% of the time, then that is fine with me.

Not having fajitas at 4:30pm is crazy! Not to mention there were fajitas in the online order line. I was told “ we can’t give them out because is takes from the paid online orders” well sounds like we need to be better prepped for the day if paying customers are wanting fajitas. The cashier was very dismissive and barely understand basic questions concerning who gives “permission” to get fajitas. So disappointed in how many times I’m here and there are very few items in stock. Do better guys!
Chipotle has been known to skimp you meat wise on Togo orders, I never really believes this till I ordered via the app. I got home with my steak burrito and noticed I had very little steak for a burrito I paid $15 for. After experiencing this first hand I can confirm they skimp you on Togo orders. Very sad
This purchase was December 7,2022, Very Shameful to charge almost 8.00 dollars for 2 spoonful of can beans and a cup of rice. You never responded when I first sent my dissatisfaction however I will continue to give 1 star review of this establishment and never come back to patronize chipotle again.
Ordered door dash from this location 15 min ago and upon opening there was a bug in my food. I’ve been trying to contact this location by phone and ask via chipotles website . I’m so disgusted

I always order the veggie bowl at this restaurant because the veggie peppers are a must-have for me. It never disappoints.
