One of the worse Chipotle's I've been to. I went Saturday evening. My order which I ordered online 25 mins prior was not even ready. They made one of the items and not the other.. and there was barely anyone inside. Not only that, the chicken was so dry, overcooked and stale. The worst part is the sour cream was old/bad. Thank God i asked for it on the side and smelled it. I ciukd have gotten sick. I loved this location! It’s right near my house and I never have issues with a lack of portions in my online orders, in other chipotles that’s a big issue. There seems to be a great work environment as the times I’ve gone inside i see the workers laughing and having fun while simultaneously getting their work done. Overall i enjoy Each time here and i hope To continue to do so in the future!
I have ordered from here since they opened, but it has made me change my mind in time. my chicken bowl wasn't even full when I got it and the chips are fried a little too much. I work at chipotle and this part is simply not and the chips do not even have the lemon salt flavor for overcooked in the oil.
Chips were stale and chicken had lots of tendon/inedible parts. For some time it was fine, but recently the quality has gone down again. The meats usually have a lot of fat and aren't cut well. The people are fine. Just the quality is poor.
