We arrived at Barbacoa before 1 PM only to find they had run out of food. They didn’t inform us until our tortillas were already covered in beans, leaving us feeling like we had to stay. We ordered three tacos, which mostly consisted of beans with just a few tasteless pieces of carnitas and minimal guacamole. It cost us $16. The staff seemed completely indifferent, and the restaurant was dirty, so we ended up taking our bean tacos home. We are really disappointed with what used to be one of our favorite places. What’s happening there?
