This is the absolute worst chipotle I have ever been to. Every single employee looks like they want to jump off a cliff. They move slower than molasses in January. They are missing half the ingredients everytime I come here. There is almost always three employees just hanging out behind the counter talking while numerous customers are waiting to be served, pay their bills, or pick up their togo food. As someone who has spend over a decade in food and beverage I would utterly embarrassed to call this restaurant mine. Who ever owns this horrible idea of a restaurant should close this down and never ever ever own a restaurant ever again. You're an embarrassment to food and beverage everywhere....
There were are few issues with my takeout order but the issues were addressed after some persistence on my end. I think they can be a little friendlier, the attitudes in there I was confronted with were not inviting at all. The app didn't suggest other options or notify me items were 86'd, I found out after picking up my order and realizing it was inaccurate. They substituted without getting an authorization to do so.They shouldn't assume that would be okay especially with food preferences and food allergies. They could have even called me as my number was big and bold on the order. I could have also decided not to get the item again. Overall everything was fresh but next time I'll try to or...
I arrived at Chipotle around 8:25 and waited in line, but found out that there was no white rice available except for mobile orders, so I left the store and placed an online order for pickup at 8:40. When I returned, I waited for about five minutes before an employee finally acknowledged me, even though there were several staff members, including a manager dressed in pajamas, who were available to assist. When I received my bowl, it was cold and sparsely filled, which is typical for mobile orders at this location.
First time at this location they can do soooo much better. They were out of bell peppers onions, napkins, spoons, berry agua fresca… tables weren’t clean… I told the manager about all the issues all he did was tell me he doesn’t have enough people refilled the napkin dispenser. I still don’t have a spoon a the drink I want. The bar is missed on so many different levels it’s cold in here.

What is going on in here? They are stingy with the rice, there are a dozen cashiers just standing there and don’t even notice the customers waiting. Oh but when they do pick up orders they rush. When one of them is front of me changing ingredient they don’t greet me or tell me someone is coming. Nothing zilch. Gosh do better, then your wonder why people don’t tip you.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered here. Despite having many employees on staff, I often saw them standing around without attending to customers. Instead of helping, they seemed more focused on chatting and laughing with each other. It's truly disappointing that the service is this lacking.
The server was a polite young man, but he appeared to be overwhelmed and the service was quite disorganized. Unfortunately, the food was overly salty and did not taste fresh. Additionally, the overall presentation of the restaurant was quite sloppy.
Came to pick up an order. I said “excuse me” to the lady. She put up her finger on my face and left in silence. Turns out she was the manager!
