I didn't have the opportunity to place an order because there was a lengthy line that made the place feel like a production line rather than a restaurant. The counter service lacked any warmth or friendliness, and I didn't see anyone smiling. After waiting for several minutes, I decided it would be best to leave, as it seemed like it would take at least 20 minutes before I would be served. I hope the cold atmosphere improves and that they can find the help they need to manage the lines better. Normally, I enjoy getting their delicious food delivered.
Inconsistent quantity. The employees serving were very hurried, barely listened to you and the quantity of food that was put in the bowl was very inconsistent!!! We were 4 of us, and you could notice the difference. To me, that ia a major flaw in the model. !!! It all depends upon who is serving and their mood.The flavors were good, though.It was still a disappointing experience, and one that makes you feel you were short-changed.
the service workers are very rude. It was my first time coming to a chipotle and I’m glad to say that i’ll never come back again. They just stood there and stared at us and never even gave us any guidance. As a service worker myself, this is not how you treat people to make them visit your shop. The music is so loud that im partially deaf right now.
I ordered a side of chips and queso and when I got to the register, the total came to $19. After paying, I checked the bag and found there were no chips and queso. They also charged me $5.50 for extra protein that I didn't even request. I'll be sticking to the one on Highway 4; they really are the best!

Very hit or miss place. The quality of the food depends on what time of day it is and who's working. The best time to go is 6:30pm to 7:30pm. There's a dead body in the freezer I put there three years ago. Good
This restaurant has recently come under investigation for inappropriately tampering with a customer's food in a disturbing manner. I would strongly advise exercising caution when considering dining here.
