I understand that a large catering order came in, but there should be enough employees to handle busy times like the opening, lunch rush, and closing. Chipotle receives a lot of customers, so there should be sufficient staff to accommodate the demand. I was also overcharged, but I didn't complain at the time because I planned on writing this review. The lack of customer service was disappointing. The store hygiene was also lacking, with food scattered around and unkempt bathrooms. The chips I received were dry and salty, making it hard to enjoy them. This overwhelming experience is why I don't usually go to Chipotle. I arrived at 10:33 when the store opens at 10:45, so that was my mistake....
