Chipotle Mexican Grill

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Slower than molasses in service with only four customers present. The portions were small and I complained. They acted surprised and shocked when they wanted to charge me extra for the chicken portion when it was already less than a two tablespoons. You could tell they all didn’t know what to do. Chipotle was always ‘a given’ for a nice place with good food, but I see the chain is declining within Central Minnesota. Parking was also a nightmare on a Wednesday evening at 8 p.m. due to the crowded business district. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before coming here. They are all right, and if you're seeing this, please go to any other Chipotle location. The worker at the front was helpful but everything else was a bad experience. The lettuce was clearly not fresh, not even somewhat. Not a single table was clean. The portions were terrible. Our Burrito was less than half the size it should have been. The chips were so stale I genuinely questioned how many ~weeks~ they have been sitting in the back.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to write one for this experience. With everything going on with portion sizes at chipotle it’s true, the portions are smaller now. They gave me a pinch of lettuce, I literally had to ask for more and they still have me a second pinch of lettuce. Same with the guacamole.

My burrito was about half the size it normally is and the tortilla was so stale I had to rip some parts off. Chips were also very stale.

Asked for extra cheese on my 3 tacos. There was barely any. There was also a bag of chips missing from the order.
