I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. I ordered a bowl for around $20 because I requested extra steak and queso. However, when I received my order, most of the bowl was filled with chicken, and there was no queso at all. I placed a pick-up order and immediately regretted it once I opened my food. It left me feeling sick to my stomach. The staff didn’t seem to care about my order and prepared it however they wanted. This was a frustrating experience—definitely not impressed.
Order ahead through the app and get your food last. Didn’t bother making the food and waited to start on my order after the line was gone. I understand being busy but having your order made half an hour after being placed is crazy.
I used to love Chipotle and always looked forward to eating there, but now I find the chicken to be excessively chewy, which is quite off-putting. Has anyone else noticed this? The quality seems to have declined.
One of the worst restaurants. Poor service and charged extra price. My daughter ask for refund and Manager refused . I got it back after showing veggie bowl comes with guacamole. Please be careful with order.

food was good, seemed pretty fresh and had nice flavor. staff seemed friendly for the most part. service was quick. prices normal for the area. overall not bad, one of the better locations in the area.
Last minute takeout before hitting 95 south, after a disastrous day. Food was plenty, good, and fast. All we wanted! (Sorry, we did not take in the atmosphere!
I haven't had a bad experience yet. The quality of ingredients and ease of service is one reason I stop by for lunch occasionally.
I didn't like it, it was very busy and I didn't buy because they didn't even have lettuce.
