that's the worst chipotle I've ever been. the rice was boiled, the whole sweet was kind of tasteless. they were sweet from fajita. the guacamole was almost completely gone, which I got the left avocado that was not even smashed. there was only one person who worked the lead and the superior, or who seemed the superior, was cleaning and working on togo orders, instead of helping the girl to work the lead. to round it off, I got sprit and it was totally out of syrup, so I spilled it out and then they were out of ice and got the last piece cola before it was also out of sirup. I don't even think they deserve a star. I'm upset, I even had to pay for this order. I'll never be back.
Poor service. They make customers stand and watch all personnel fix the online orders instead of using the additional setup on the side for the online orders. In the meantime, the small lobby becomes congested with more customers coming in. Then they don’t have the vinegarette dressing. This is not the first time this occurred. Every now and then I forget why I don’t go to the Solon location and then remember once I’m there. Never experience this at the Aurora or Macedonia locations.
Not a well ran location. Staff was not enthusiastic. No music playing in lobby. Long line of folks waiting for to go orders. The quality of the food was sub par. Rice lacked flavor along with most of the other ingredients. No lettuce available. The chips were not salted. Haven’t been here in about a year because they weren’t very good back then. I guess improvements were never made!
Ordered Uber eats and unfortunately I paid for a handful of food. Ordered three bowls and the amount of all three put together should have been one bowl. The salad was basically a soup. And we had two grains of rice in each bowl. Disgusting excuse of a corporate chain.
