As soon as I walked into the restaurant, I noticed a red flag. One of the cooks was sneaking not one, but two bites of delicious food over the grill, right in front of me and above the food being prepared below. Despite this incident, the food was indeed delicious. I ordered ahead on the Chipotle website and everything went smoothly. My food was ready at the designated pickup time and nothing was missing from my order. I'm sure the cook would be happy to share a bite of their tasty pollo asado with you if you asked.
The packaging is consistently poor at this restaurant. The cup of sauce is always just thrown into the bag without being secured, and for the second time in a row, the sauce cup was opened and spilled in the bag before delivery. The presentation of the Quesadilla was lacking, and the taste was only average. The salad was slightly better in comparison.
Wow. Every time I order from this Chipotle, they always mess it up. I won't be ordering from here again. I ordered Large Chips and Large Guacamole, but only received the guacamole. Do not order from here. The employees seem too disorganized to get it right.
EMPTY BOWL. It was only half full, which is completely unacceptable and not worth the price. I recommend ordering from a different Chipotle location where you'll actually get what you pay for.
