On 2/20/22, I purchased a bowel from the Homewood IL location for my lunch to take to work. I sat the bag after leaving out Chipotle on my backseat of car. I got work and took the bag out of my car, holding it by the handles, low and behold, everything fell straight threw out the bottom of the bag. I called and spoke to Brandon the manager. He said I'm so sorry and to come in to get my order again. I was thrilled. Wonderful customer service. Some places would have said it wasn't in our parking lot we can't reissue. This was not the case here. Awesome job.
Hit or miss! Sometimes you can get good food and service, but other times poor. Going inside is then best way to ensure the order is right. If you order online and pickup GOOD LUCK! The wait times here tend to be on the slow side. I have been to other Chipotle’s with similar lines but much faster service. Not my first choice of Chipotle to patronize, but I would consider it OK. I have been to others that very poorly operated compared to this one.
I like chipotle and my chicken bowl this time was just okay. I felt as if I had a rice dish instead of a chicken dish. the guacamole was also super salty, which was a disappointment. I hope next time I visit the food will be good again
I bought 2 Burrito bullets at $25. the reper put it in the paper bag w/o handle and you feel out and splashed. they did not want to replace the bowl. the customer service is a zero point for me. I'm not buying chipotle again.
