I ordered the usual from UberEats. The driver delivered everything on time, but I was not impressed with a couple of the items. I ordered a bowl for myself and burritos for my wife and daughter. I was ok to pay $2.00 extra for the steak, but the bowl was noticeably short on meat. Very disappointing, especially given the extra charge. My daughter also complained that her mix in her burrito was not great and that her burrito was spicey when she didn't add any ingredients that would add to that.
I love chipotle but the staff are incredibly rude. I've never had an experience like this before. It was busy but that doesn't mean they need to be rude. The first person I encountered all but yelled at me. I misspoke on my order and when I tried to correct it they sassed me out and were visibly annoyed. I will go to chipotle again but never this one. Horrible experience. Spend your money at another chipotle.
I wish I could give a zero start. The staff was extremely rude and threw away our order before we could pay. They wanted to hurry and not pay attention to what we wanted to add the bowl. Later some of them went on laughing and the manager told us that they can no longer do our order. Please avoid this location if you can, as the staff has no respect for customers.
Pick-up shelf is just a decoration. If you plan on doing pick-up, you'll end up having to stand in line either way. May as well just order at the store. On top of that, your order will probably be wrong anyways. Go to a different location.
