The WORST Chipotle I have ever been to. I 'm always a pro-Chipotle kind of guy. The food is fresh, always tasty, and reasonably priced. However, at this particular location the staff was so incredibly rude I will never return to this location purely for that reason. A quick recap: My family ordered and had a few questions on the kids tacos and what 'sides ' they come with. The (soon to find out was the person in charge) spoke so softly, I couldn 't hear them, so I was trying to clarify. This apparently bothered the person. We finished ordering, went to pay, and the girl ordering seemed really bothered. No biggie, maybe just a bad day. We grab our food and head to the car. We noticed that we...
Horrible customer service by the white girl in the front. I walk in as a black woman ordering a burrito and a kids build your own and she says we 're going to start charging for sides for the build your owns because it 's been abused . Umm. I barely ever come here so it 's not me abusing it and I need the same energy for every customer and every location. Ew. Times are hard enough, I don 't need the ugly attitude!
Ordered through the app, they said the system was down and they didn't get our order. We showed them our receipt and the confirmation number. Sat for 20 minutes and nobody said anything. finally asked for our food and they said they couldn't make it cause the order didn't come through. Manager was a huge jerk. seemed like he was only concerned with fixing the system.
Ordered online. A taco a bowl. Got there they say they never got our order. Argued about it. Told us just to call a number for a refund. Wonder if they still get the $5 tip?
