I was looking for a quick meal, and I figured Chipotle was my best option with the limited time I had. There were a few people in line before me so I waited my turn. I couldn?t help but notice how miserable the entire staff looked as they helped each customer. None of them smiled, greeted the customers, or thanked them. When it was my turn, I was no exception. I ordered my usual veggie bowl, and paid. I went to get a fork, and all containers were full with spoons. I asked the person at the register for a fork, and she snapped back at me ?we don?t have any, we only have spoons?. It went to the door to find out that they only accepted online orders that were uncomfortable, but I understand that things happen. But as my food was given after this inconvenience was unacceptable. They didn't even fully pack it, so it was spilled everywhere in the bag, and it was just jumped together. I can't even eat my tacos with my hands now, I have to use a fork and had to try to dig through the mess, even see where a taco ended and another started. It looks literally as if my meal was thrown a bowl in some foil and doesn't even look like tacos. If I was forced to order my food, it should have been in a container and have actually been present.
I've been here for a long time and have to say that the quality of food and service is really downhill. The picture includes the partly rotten piece of fruit they felt was perfectly acceptable to eat in my daughter. The big Guac had several stickers from the avocados she also mashed. I understand that mistakes happen, but the food is always late, the portions are never consistent and obviously bad fruit for children is easy to use. I'm sorry, but I'm going to get Manchester out of here as if it's important to them.
Not the best service. I have done two separate online orders and neither were ready on time. Both times I ended up waiting around 20 minutes past the promised pick up time. I also watched as several customers in line, even ones that came after me, were helped and served first. Now I totally understand being short staffed and everything, but at least turn off online order capabilities if I'm going to end up waiting that long regardless.

We just placed an order and were really disappointed. The rice was overloaded with salt, more than we've ever experienced before. It honestly felt like the staff did it on purpose. I had to set the rice aside to enjoy the rest of the meal. We're not looking for a refund or another order, but unfortunately, all three orders we placed had to be discarded due to the rice being inedible.
Ordered online and was told it would be ready for pickup in 10 minutes. I arrived on time and watched the staff serve customers in line before handling any online orders. I waited 35 minutes before they stopped taking in person orders. There were about 20 other people still waiting for their online orders when I left.
That was the best. They got off fast! The service was AMAZING! The food was GORGEOUS and tasted soooo amazingly good. Clean shop! So this was amazing and much better than my local on GRAND! You need to transfer all your employees to train them! Really!

Need to ask google to put a zero star experience. Ordered takeout. Waited 40 min for it. Still never came. No one helped or tried to help. Oh did i mention how dirty the area around the trashcans were? Like no one had wiped anything down in a week?
