The wait inside the restaurant is absolutely terrible. You end up sitting there watching them prepare online orders while the people waiting in-store are largely ignored. It seems like for every 30 online orders they fill, they might take care of one customer who’s actually waiting in line. The restaurant that decides to prioritize customers who have come in and waited will definitely earn more respect from their patrons. On the positive side, the staff was friendly. However, it feels like corporate policies (driven by greed) are pushing them to give online orders priority over in-store customers. Plus, the ice machine was broken!

This Chipotle location is seriously disorganized. They only accept online orders, but they don't inform customers about it. The service is incredibly slow; it took 30 minutes for my burrito to be prepared. Why? Because the employee was busy making orders for two girls in-store, despite the supposed policy of only handling online orders. The restaurant was also dirty, and my burrito was wrapped carelessly. The staff seems to lack concern for customer service. When I requested a refund, they directed me to handle it online. I do not recommend this place. I won’t be returning, and I’m reporting this store to corporate.
If I could give zero stars, I definitely would! This was my second attempt at this Chipotle, which is less than two miles from my home—and I won't be returning! From now on, I'll go to the Hampton location instead. The staff at the Grand Blvd. location are extremely rude, and it's clear they don't care about their customers. I visited at 5 PM today, and they were out of pollo asado and their signature salad dressing—seriously??? You're out of a popular meat option and dressing at such a peak time? This is the second time I've experienced such poor service here, and I will NOT be coming back!

Worst establishment ever I worked at this location for about 8 months I just recently quit. The place was never clean absolutely disgusting . There was mouse droppings on the dishes black mold inside of machines, I was told by a manager to peel thru moldy wraps until I didn?t see any, there was a bug in my drink. They are very unprofessional and toxic I couldn?t continue working there. It was fine in the beginning but towards the end they crashed
I usually eat at Qdoba, but I thought I'd try Chipotle this time. The restaurant was quite busy when I visited, and the decor was pretty minimal. Unfortunately, the staff didn't seem very friendly. I found the tortilla and chicken to be dry, and there were fewer choices for sauces and vegetables compared to Qdoba. Plus, the guacamole came with an extra charge. Overall, I would definitely prefer Qdoba over Chipotle.
I decided to focus on plant-based meals and had heard good things about the black beans and brown rice options. However, I was delighted to find out about the sofritas, which is made from tofu. I fell in love with it at first bite, and I've been a loyal customer ever since!
