All of our white rice was severely undercooked, there was a blonde hair in my son’s bowl. It felt like we were eating tiny beads. Gross food. Should’ve gone somewhere else. But we were here at a local hotel for a local event thinking you can’t go wrong with Chipotle? Having worked in both fast food restaurants and high end, it’s really not that hard. How hard is it to follow a fast foods protocol on proper cooking instructions? They teach it and make it so easy it is practically common sense. But I guess sense isn’t always that common.
Chipotle was the worst experience I've ever had. I placed my order incorrectly, and my bowl was only half full. The sauce was overly acidic, melted, and separated, while the cheese wasn't even melted and the bowl was cold. I ordered through DoorDash and could only receive a partial refund of $3.13 out of my $20 order. I've had issues before with the rice being either overcooked or crunchy. I won't be ordering from here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
This is the worst location in the city they never get my order right especially when ordering through the app or third party .. they basically careless and give you what they wanna give you and I couldn’t even get my money back. The chicken that was in my bowl looked old what asked for was never in my bowl and they got my name mixed up with somebody else . I hate this location even when you go into the restaurant the serving station is always dirty and messy
I occasionally visit this restaurant because it's conveniently located nearby. There's always fresh and delicious food, and like any Chipotle franchise, they can easily customize your order. My main complaint is about payment options, as they don't accept cash (at least not during any of my visits) and only take cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal. It tends to be quite busy, especially with a lot of office workers and construction workers around.

The food was good, but I didn't receive my chips and queso or tortilla. I was given a credit for it, but when I reordered, I had to pay an additional $6 in fees for something that should have been included in the original order. Aside from that, the food was tasty, and the bowl was prepared correctly!
The quesadilla was quite small, and my salsa was simply tomatoes. The rice was undercooked and hard, which left me dissatisfied. I also didn't receive my Chips and Guacamole, just the guacamole on its own. This was my first experience here, and it will definitely be my last.
The burrito was disappointing; it didn't have any sour cream, and the steak was tough. Despite that, I'm still eager to order that burrito again.

Worst chipotle in Baltimore! Never recurve anything correctly! I ordered a whole burrito bowl and recieved a bowl of lettuce
I got multiple giant chunks of completely uncooked and raw chicken in my bowl. Would not recommend this location!
