This is truly the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a ton around the country. I ordered a sofritas bowl with Uber eats. I opened it up to see they had forgot the sofritas! That’s literally the main part of it.. if that is not bad enough, while I was moving the food around with my fork to see if there were any at the bottom I found a hair at the bottom of the bowl. It is not my hair color. That is not my hair. I am disgusted.I don’t know if this location is just having a bad day or what, but it is incredibly frustrating. This location primarily operates through online orders. We went inside and waited for 10 minutes only to be told that if we wanted tacos or a burrito, we needed to place an online order. They were only preparing bowls for in-person customers. They claimed this was to manage the order volume, but that doesn't make sense since we could just step aside and order online anyway, especially with only one person behind us. This experience has declined in recent years, and we've encountered several issues. We won’t be returning. I recommend the Chipotle on Mitchell Hammock instead.
I was quite disappointed with the service at this restaurant. It was clear that the staff didn't seem too interested, and other customers appeared to share my sentiments. When I requested a little hot sauce, it was poured excessively, completely ruining my burrito. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this place. 4:30 PM, September 21, 2022.

What a disappointing experience! This Chipotle is consistently dirty, and they often run out of guacamole. I've noticed that they frequently don't provide forks, and about 8 out of 10 times my order is either wrong or missing an item. The staff seems indifferent, which adds to the frustration. Overall, it's just terrible.
The last time I went here, I waited 35 minutes for the meal I ordered online. The portion sizes I've gotten here have been wildly inconsistent, often in a bad way. And I've stopped ordering the steak here because I almost always get a few pieces that are pure fat and no meat...very unpleasant
**** you guys I just wanted some food so my mother ordered through door dash and when she put in the address on the chipotle website and it changed it to Lincoln Nebraska. We are in Florida . And then they won't refund us or change the address.
Ordered a bowl?. Legit got four pieces of shredded lettuce and bowl wasn?t even half full. Still tasted good but when you have lettuce on the order out lettuce in the bowl. For the price you pay good quantity is poor.

Rude workers. Seemed like they didn't want to be there. Portions were smaller than other chipotle's in the area.
